**Head of Digital COE**
**Level: AGM - DGM**
**Location: Bangkok, Thailand**

**Job Purpose**:
As the Head of the Digital Center of Excellence (CoE), this role drives strategic oversight of technology investments and governance structures with accountability for driving strategic direction, enterprise architecture, portfolio management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. By shaping the future of the function, the incumbent ensures its strategic alignment with broader digital technology goals, contributing significantly to the success of the Digital Technology function as a whole and the organization's overall objectives.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Strategic Leadership

Define the strategic direction for the overall Digital Technology function and organizational objectives.

Develop and communicate a clear vision and mission for the function, inspiring and mobilizing the team towards excellence.

Lead in identifying opportunities to radically re-engineer core processes and restructure the organization for improved effectiveness

2. Operational Excellence

Ensure efficient operation of the function, optimizing processes and workflows.

Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and financial management within the function, delivering projects and initiatives on time and within budget.

3. Innovation and Technology Advancement

Stay abreast of technological trends and innovations relevant to the function.

Champion the adoption of emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the function's capabilities.

4. Team Leadership and Development

Build and lead a high-performing team within the subfunction, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities for team members.

Set clear goals and objectives, provide guidance, and assess performance within the subfunction.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring alignment of the function's services.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.

Persuade senior managers of the benefits of change, even in situations with significant resistance and potential disruption to business operations.

6. Risk Management

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the function's activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Develop and implement robust contingency plans to address potential challenges or disruptions.

7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of the subfunction.

Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders on the progress and achievements of the subfunction.

**Education/Training Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles involving complex organizational transformations.
- Proven track record of leading change programs with a focus on IT and business process reengineering.
- Demonstrated expertise in gaining credibility among senior managers and influencing strategic decisions.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
