**Responsibilities**:
- Take the lead in meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets
- Craft and execute a strategic plan to not only achieve sales objectives but also to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate closely with both direct clients and agencies to understand their unique business needs and objectives.
- Articulate the value proposition effectively through compelling proposals and presentations.
- Stay attuned to category-specific landscapes and trends.
- Provide insightful reports on factors influencing tactical budgets and shaping the strategic direction of accounts.
- Deliver clear and comprehensive analyses of campaign results to clients.
- Leverage campaign data to create robust recommendations for new campaigns or products.
- Contribute to the establishment of a dynamic sales team, adding momentum to the market and supporting sales initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- More than 5 years in managing digital advertising/sponsorship sales teams in Thailand.
- Strong network with media agencies and direct clients.
- Proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
- Track record of driving sales from planning to closure.
- Skilled in articulating product distinctiveness and positioning against competitors.
- Successful head of sales with excellent communication skills.
