Lead Brand Key Account Management

The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Responsible for supervising and leading a team of Key Account Management / Brand Key Account Management
- Drive performance of all Key Account Managements within responsibility on dimensions including commercial performance, seller relationship, social media engagement, internal tools, systems, and special projects, etc.
- Develop industry-leading relationships with external key account contacts in order to ensure that the business receives constant leads on potential key sellers
- Work to create cross-functional engagements and understandings with necessary departments
- Negotiating deals with key sellers/brands and working with marketing to develop matching initiatives to boost revenues
- Ensure correct and timely completion of team member’s performance report
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business or related fields
- Ideally 2-4 years of working experience preferably in business development, sales or account management
- People management skills and experience taking care of a team
- Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in E-commerce is a plus
- Result-oriented, self-driven, and strong negotiation skills
