Lead of Partnership Management

Acquire new business partners in order to generate more quality of leads for Telemarketing channel.
Strengthen relationship with existing business partners and seek the way to increase volume of leads with better quality.
Coordinate with other functional to support on data management, such as propensity model, lead nurturing to improve sales conversion.
Work closely with telesales team on lead management by matching right target to right telesales with data support on product and premium offering.
New product and project implementation to drive APE and VNB.
Conduct customer survey to understand need and area of improvement to improve satisfaction rate.
Conduct customer campaign, such as loyalty program, birthday program, in order to drive persistency rate.
Provide cancellation analysis to understand root clauses for better lead management to improve persistency.
Encourage team to join company s activities.
Analyze area of improvement of team member and recommend training courses or coach them to develop their working capabilities.
**Baseline Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance or related fields.
More than 5 years' experience in business development and partnership management in insurance/ banking and finance industries.
Experience in Telemarketing channel is preferred.
Having a partner connection and experience in acquiring new partner in insurance industry.
Data analytics, communication, team management.
Good Command in English both verbal and written.
Proactive, Open, Caring, Commit, Innovative.
