**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow our customer base.
- Work closely with clients and agencies to understand their needs.
- Communicate the value proposition clearly through proposals and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
- Report on budget shifts and strategic changes for client accounts.
- Analyze and share campaign results with clients.
- Use campaign data to make recommendations for future campaigns.
- Assist in building a sales team to support market expansion.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals in Thailand.
**Requirements**:
- Around 5 to 12 years of sales expertise within a digital advertising or entertainment company based in Thailand, preferably a startup.
- Strong understanding of the influencer market and current trends.
- Proficient in gaming or knowledgeable about Esport trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
