**Digital Marketing & Project Management**:
Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School is a joint venture company with its presence in Thailand since 2007. With over 125 years of teaching experience, Le Cordon Bleu successfully achieves its mission of transmission and influence of French gastronomy through its network of 35 campuses, located in 20 countries. The Digital Marketing & Project Management is responsible for leading implementation the technical aspects of Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School's online presence and performance across the school website and other digital platforms, including digital marketing campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), display, content marketing, content caption writing and affiliated digital channels to meet the strategic goals of Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School.
**JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES (Key duties and responsibilities)**
- Contribute to the development, management, and review of an annual online digital marketing plan and collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement the overall marketing objectives of Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School.
- Plan, implement, write/update corporate website information, write the caption in social media content, and handle digital marketing content and campaign: manage the day-to-day basis and campaign schedules to ensure all activity is strategic, integrated and measurable against campaign objectives.
- Develop creative briefs for use by Le Cordon Bleu Dusit in-house Content & Graphic Designer, external advertising agencies and media outlets, as well as source advertising options through media buying agencies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the web-based activity process (including the EM Portal) and manage and coordinate all digital projects, promotional offers and giveaways.
- Coordinate and manage social media platforms and communities located in social networking sites including Facebook, Instagram, LINE, Tiktok, Youtube, LinkedIn and X, and other similar social media outposts.
**Market Analysis, Insight and Trends**
- Evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives within a digital marketing campaign to: identify trends and technologies; use metrics to analyze web traffic, service quotas, and connections with the target audience; and create student preference for the brand.
- Harvest and use data to determine consumer behavior; develop customer and program insights to drive innovative online marketing programs and growth strategies to improve overall results and performance.
- Maintain current knowledge of key markets and relevant demographics to be able to identify new or emerging markets; continually assess the overall digital marketing landscape to recognize consumer trends and potential marketing partners, as well as analyze competitor activity.
**Budgeting & Report**
- Contribute to the preparation of the digital marketing budget and oversee and monitor, to ensure it is effectively managed.
- Prepare accurate reports on the performance of marketing campaigns (including Google Analytics, Web Analysis Report, Social Media Performance Reports) and experiment with a wide array of ever-changing online channels/tactics to understand and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Comply with the Le Cordon Bleu corporate brand guidelines in all communication initiatives to compile or generate high quality editorial content across the entire online space and manage a schedule of content for the site to engage with.

**Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English language
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LINE, Tiktok, Youtube, LinkedIn and X, and other similar social media outposts.
