- 1) To develop project and customer leads in the general building market segment.
- 2) Submit detailed planning on how to meet monthly sales targets and consistently achieve target sales.
- 3) Develop and maintain excellent business relationships with customers.**Responsibilities**
- 1) Follow up on all assigned customers, projects and prospects and feedback progress into the project tracking process.
- 2) Develop network of contacts that will feed prospects and opportunities into the project tracking process.
- 3) Submit detailed quarterly, monthly and weekly sales plans showing how sales targets are to be achieved.
- 4) Submit rolling material sales forecast to assist with stock and supply chain planning
- 5) Management of specific key accounts with the key account process
- 6) Monitor receivable collection within the area and follow up rigorously on all collections
- 7) Work within the approved pricing structure between applicator, contractor and end user for the market sectors
- 8) Track and document the activities of competitors, customers (direct and indirect) and clients
- 9) Generate new product development ideas and participate in innovation projects as required
- 10) Fulfil personal development objectives and goals.**Skills required**
- 1) Previous sales experience in selling technically differentiated products in a B2B environment.
- 2) Proven sales ability and track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- 3) Excellent command in English, both of written and spoken**Educational requirements**
