Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Technical Sales Executive (TSE) to join our APAC team This role is perfect for a technical expert with strong relationship-building skills. You will play a key role in delivering XML support throughout the integration process, fostering client growth, and exceeding sales targets.
This position will require building strong relationships with external business partners and oversee the optimization of the API/XML clients. The TSE will support our frontline teams with technical background, coordinating and reporting results of the rest of the areas.
The TSE will possess experience as a Technical support executive, with excellent technical analysis abilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Leverage your technical expertise to identify and address customer needs, proposing solutions that drive sales and profitability.
- Manage the XML case queue efficiently, ensuring SLA compliance and high-quality support.
- Follow up and prioritize new acquisition requests by providing accurate technical support during the implementation.
- Champion client onboarding by connecting new accounts to our API efficiently and effectively.
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships both with internal departments and externally with partners across all levels, from MDs to counter staff.
- Provide insightful recommendations based on a deep understanding of your client's business model.
- Oversee client certification, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments like Sales, CGO, Product, and IT.
- Participate in training programs to continuously improve your skills and support quality.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Ensure the correct account set up, from the distribution point of view, as from the technical features developed, and credential distribution type.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Executive with a solid track record in B2B environments.
- In-depth technical knowledge of XML/JSON integrations and monitoring systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport.
- Strong analytical abilities and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent English level is a must.
