Technical Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Take care of Technical sales and customer service in Thailand.
- Increase sales of products by offering qualified on-site consulting and technical support.
- Analyse customers’ needs & requirements on site and offer matching products.
- Offer customization of products in case existing products are not sufficient.
- Close cooperation with local distribution partners / importers.
- Actively approach new customers.
- Continuous networking with existing customers.
- Brand promotion on trade shows, conferences and on customers’ site.
- Active and preventive management of customer claims.
- Conduct market research, analyse competitors’ activities and report periodically to the Sales Manager.
- Independent planning of travels and sales activities and report periodically to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a Agri-Tech, Agricultural engineering, Horticulture, Agriculture, Plant Sciences, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Technical Sales role for an international company.
- Proven experience in technical sales within the horticultural sector, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Native Thai speaker and Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel to client locations, trade shows, and events as required.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to work effectively under mínimal supervision.
- Outgoing / capability to socially connect with decision makers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Skills in MS-Office and other common IT solutions.
