Manage Digital Marketing, Paid Ads and SEO Content.
CRM, Database Marketing in Online Retail, E-Com.
Work at RS Group Building, nearby BTS Kasetsart.
Reporting to Assistant Director, Digital Commerce you will be responsible for:
Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website such as Website, Application, and Social Media etc.
Build our digital marketing roadmap including innovate new solutions and enhance existing solutions to strengthen our value proposition.
Analyze, optimize and report on campaign performance and evaluate effectiveness of digital media. Analyst and give suggestion on target insight to develop future marketing campaigns.
Develop innovative campaign ideas including A/B testing.
Work closely with cross functional team (brand/ platform/ marketplace) to support or identify issues and follow up solutions.
Paid Advertising Management.
Plan, develop, manage, optimize and report on Search Engine Marketing and social media advertising campaign and Programmatic Display advertising with multiple online partners including Google, Facebook, YouTube, Tik Tok, Line or any other trending platform.
Execution on paid ads to drive qualified traffic through to internal and external platform by using digital tools ex. SEM,.
Shopping Ads, GDN, YouTube Ads, UAC, CPAS and Facebook Ads.
Creating end-to-end digital strategies & budget management for paid media and set the actionable KPIs to achieve marketing objectives (Revenue, ROAS, CPA, CAC, CPC, CPI, CPV).
SEO Content Marketing.
Keep pace of SEO techniques. Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content.
Monitor and evaluate web analytics, webmaster tools, and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing E-Commerce, Computer, Business or other related fields.
3-5 years experience in digital marketing field, platform, or media agency.
Direct experience in Paid Ad, Ad Optimiztion, CRM and Database Marketing in Online Retail and E-Commerce Marketing.
Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadline and manage priorities.
Good analytical thinking skills and good communication.
Able to work under pressure very well.
