The Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to be based in Thailand, who can drive forward our marketing services as a critical part of Intrepid’s overall business. This person will own the relationships with a variety of our leading Brand partners, manage best-in-class digital marketing execute campaigns that are aligned with our clients’ objectives and help them seize the full potential of e-commerce-driven digital marketing.

Marketing Services includes paid performance marketing, e-commerce platform ads and social commerce for our clients.

**Your Responsibilities will include**:

- Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns to drive awareness and acquisition across e-comm marketplaces, google, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok etc.) and affiliate marketing
- Work closely with client teams to develop marketing plans and KPIs, as well as ongoing reporting
- Best optimize revenue delivery and budget spend, including daily optimization and providing real time targeting recommendations
- Create a testing frameworks and implementation to provide insights and ensure consistent growth
- Manage analytics and performance report, advising client team on optimization and insight

**Who we look for - Ideal Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business or any related fields
- 2+ years (digital) marketing / ecommerce marketing experience, either working with ecommerce platforms, or a marketing role in a media agency / ecommerce enabler / distributor
- Extensive knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google AdWords OR e-comm Marketplace Search Ads essential
- Experience in tracking (e-commerce tracking, Facebook pixel, Google analytics, Google tag manager, UTM, Campaign Manager)
- Strong understanding of major advertising success metrics
- Familiar with measurement platforms like Google Analytics, Double Click
- Strong analytical skills with excellent sense of data and numbers
- Thrive in a fast-paced start-up and Ecommerce environment
- Digital Marketing Certification on Facebook and Google Ads and Ecommerce, e.g. Shopee and Lazada, Marketing Solutions background are a plus.
- Has intermediate english communication skills.
