**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Creating, implementing and managing marketing communications activities designed that will attract customers and to increase market share
- Develop strategic communication planning.
- Work with key stakeholders to execute Marketing Strategies
- Ensure style guidelines are maintained whilst ideating, creating and producing compelling communications and content aligned with briefed-in messaging objectives
- End-to-end marketing campaign and marketing project management and delivery
- Maintenance of relevant marketing assets with internal and external stakeholders whilst maintaining delivery deadlines and budgetary requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Development and refinement of marketing goals, pricing strategies, promotional activities and branding in consultation with other Group Marketing Managers, as and when needed
- Understanding of financial, Business model and ROI
- Analyst data for marketing campaign.
- Positive, Energetic and CAN-DO attitude.
- Familiar and Tracking campaign performance against KPI.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 year working experiences in marketing and related flied
- Excellent in copy-writing skills
- Strong understanding and passionate about all things in the fields of marketing and communications
- Goal oriented with an ability to explore outside the box and see '˜the bigger picture'
- Dependable, hungry, proactive, flexible and open to learning
- Demonstrate initiative and attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and be a multitasking
- Able to work independently while being team player
- Able to own and run projects starting from scratch
