**Job Description**:

- Office Facility management and maintenance
- Supervises subcontracted cleaner and maintain good housekeeping and tidiness of the workplace.
- IT Management: Coordinate with HR and IT to activate Laptop / Hand phone to New Staff and update asset list for controlling.
- Office Billing Management by prepare PO and Non-PO template
- Manages the travel schedule for employees and visitors to Thailand, co-ordinates on booking of flights, hotel accommodation, transports and travel itinerary. Seeks out the best deal available including negotiating for corporate rate on hotel accommodation.
- Attending to visitors including screening and handling telephone calls, enquiries and requests
- Act as admin support to KAM/BDM team to help prepare draft quotation, contract as instructed
- Controls the usage of office supplies, printing and stationeries, and raise purchase requisition to replenish these supplies.
- Organizing and providing general assistance during meetings and presentations
- Ideate and create meaningful events, celebrations and social interactions for our office based and country-wide teams (both remote, in-person and hybrid) including events such as town hall meeting, Office blessing, New Year celebration
- Prepare venue and food to accommodate townhall meeting, training or events conduct at HO
- Act as safety committee representing head office site and ensure safety standard and policy are maintained as per Bramble guideline.
- Act as a culture champion to enable CHEP’s vision of being Amazing Place to Work
- Anticipate team member and guest needs before they arise, providing an enhanced and personalized experience.
- Creating a proactive problem-solving culture within teams, encouraging employees to work together to find solutions and continuously improve processes
- Sourcing responsibilities - in charge of sourcing of office supplies and corporate rate for hotel accommodation, submit finding and recommendation for immediate manager for review.
- This position is expected to work independently for those tasks assigned, but is required to work closely with the immediate manager on other tasks.

Qualification / Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant to BBA, Marketing
- Expertise in lead management and lead generation
- Supply Chain management experience would be advantageous.
- 2 years' experience in Office Administration
- Experience navigating the complexities involved in working in a matrix organisation
- Good computer skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and good negotiation skills
- Ability to work without supervision and demonstrate initiative
- Excellent Interpersonal skills / savvy and culture awareness
- Strong organizing and coordination skills with service mind
- Able to manage ambiguity
- Creative and analytical thinking
- Confident - ability to formulate own opinion
- Self-starter
- Ability to retain professionalism and performance whilst working under pressure
