**IT Administrator**
- As an IT Administrator, you will work closely with the People and SecOps teams to administrate SaaS service accesses and compliance across the organization, using tools such as Linear and 1Password.

This role is open for our Bangkok office in True Digital Park with hybrid policy.

**‍What your day could look like**:

- Administration of Ticketing service. [Linear]
- Administration of Password management service. [1Password]
- Administration and review of user access control across all services. (Onboarding, Off-boarding, Role Changes)
- Administration of Asset Management.
- Administration of MDM. (Mobile Device Management)
- End-user support for macOS (primarily) and Windows.
- Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides for the organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve and update IT processes and procedure.
- Write technical documents and reports.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

**What we're looking for**:

- Proven working experience as an IT Administrator.
- Excellent knowledge and proven expertise in administrating cloud services.
- Experience in providing macOS or Windows support.
- Competence in providing remote support.
- Attentive to detail.
- Awareness of security and compliance.
- Proficient in English and Thai.
- Evaluate and providing recommendations for compliance processes (e.g., GDPR) will be a plus.
