Team Introduction
Our team comes from SEA Regional Business, Global Business Solutions.
We partner with key market partners across the Southeast Asia region to drive their user growth and marketing strategy by owning and implementing customised marketing and measurement solutions, ad tech integration and platform innovation.

**Responsibilities**:
Strategic Client Relationship Management
- Provide consultative, customer-focused advice to clients in beauty and personal care markets
- Independently drive and scale revenue from advertisers in the portfolios
- Establish strong partnerships with senior client stakeholders and ability to influence at the C-level
- Drive internal and external collaboration across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales to provide outsized value to clients
- Ability to conduct presentations and public speaking confidently

Product Management
- Brainstorm, identify, and implement advertising solutions on ByteDance products to deliver measurable results to clients based on their business and marketing objectives
- Serve as a strategic TikTok product expert for clients, able to leverage different solutions creatively to unlock business outcomes for clients
- Analyze data and create actionable insights for clients and internal cross-functional teams

Campaign Planning and Management
- Facilitate clients’ ad campaigns from start to finish
- Manage internal account operations including account set up etc.
- Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customized to clients’ business and problems

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, ad sales or business development
- Deep understanding of digital media platforms and related ad metrics

Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in working with and influencing cross-functional teams
- Craft strategic outcomes through data analysis and insights
- High level of business acumen and driver of commercial success
- Ability to deliver results under pressure and have strong problem-solving skills
- English professional proficiency is required.
- Experience working in online ad sales, business-development, marketing, or consulting sales is a plus
