**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

The purpose of this position is to be the HR business partner to Cartier team in Thailand, managing both retail and office operations. This role will provide full spectrum of Human Resources functions and be a strategic partner to help the business to continue to grow.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Talent Acquisition**
- Manage end to end recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, offering till onboarding
- Keep track on recruitment process, update stakeholders on a timely manner
- Manage the orientation program, ensure the new joiner have a first class onboarding experience
- Build talent pipeline through different channels (e.g. LinkedIn, campus recruitment and internship programs)

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Source for market data to benchmark salaries and benefits for the Maison
- Work with the regional team on Annual Salary Review, make proposals for the responsible population
- Keep track on HR budget, ensure headcount and cost are according to the budget plan
- Gather requirements from business on workforce planning, work closely with the MD and HR to formulate a plan to cope with business growth
- Drive annual Performance Management Process, to create a strong feedback culture within the Maison

**HR Operations**
- Provide timely and efficient administration support for new joiners and off-boarding procedures for leavers.
- Ensure HR data is well maintained and submitted to payroll team prior to deadline; work closely with payroll to ensure all payments are well managed
- Handle all employee related matters, such as employee complaints, disciplinaries or other disruptions

**Learning and Development**
- Identify training needs, work with stakeholders to source training programs through internal & external channels
- Interface with Group HR and local vendors to implement corporate training or programs locally
- Work with managers to define Individual Development Plan (IDP) for employees
- Communicate training calendar or major training events with internal employees

**Employee Engagement, CSR and Workplace Health & Safety**
- Plan the calendar for engagement, wellness, and CSR programs
- Drive the employee pulse survey, work with both managers and employees on actions plan
- Work together with Health, Safety & Security team to maintain Workplace Health and Safety program

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or related field
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner role or with full spectrum of human resource functions
- Fluent in Thai and English, both oral and writing
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration skills and strategic mindset
- Able to handle matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
