The Corporate Communications Manager will act as ambassador of Maison to lead in implementing communications to meet business objectives by collaborating with both internal & external teams while executing a high volume of long and short-term projects.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**External communications**
- Develop and implement a communications strategy for the Maison that builds and maintains a positive corporate brand (Cartier Commitments, CWI, Cartier Philanthropy, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion)
- Define and implement communication strategy and guidance in case of sensitive situations or actual crises in collaboration with our reputation agency and central teams.
- Oversee corporate communications and branding in various online and print platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and industry magazines through a yearly calendar for each spokesperson
- Assist executive leadership in developing presentations, speeches, and other important corporate messages; assists executive leadership and company spokespersons in media training; support company’s spokespersons speaking opportunities externally
- Define, implements, and adheres to corporate communications budget
- Strengthen Corporate branding through different forms of collaboration: speakers, moderators, KOLs, and Experts

**Internal communications**
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to define local communication strategies, annual agenda that’s in line with local calendars
- Organize and develop contents for internal conferences/events (town halls, CEO Live, internal webinars, management seminars, etc.) to build a strong corporate branding internally
- Support executive leadership in developing presentations, speeches, and other important corporate messages; assists executive leadership and company spokespersons in media training; support company’s spokespersons speaking opportunities internally
- Contributes to the production of editorial content (strategy, projects, values, products, internal initiatives, commitments) and to their dissemination according to different channels / media (intranet, visuals, screens, internal social networks, etc.)

**Corporate Initiative Projects Management**
- Communicate project progress and outcomes both internally and externally, strategically aligned with the Maison’s and the local communication agenda and objectives

**KEY COMPETENCIES**
- Minimum Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in media, marketing, communications, or related field. Experience in communication from Luxury Retail is a plus.
- You have an excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Thai and superior ability to write in a journalistic style that is customary for corporate and external publications
- You excel in strategic planning and project management
- With a mastery of multimedia content creation, you demonstrate listening, creativity, the ability to address diverse audiences and an excellent ability to move from reflection to action
- You have the ability to manage crisis and offer sound media relations advice to senior leadership
- You are excellent managerial, organizational abilities and interpersonal skills
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office or related software
