Sales Manager

Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 4 - 5 years experience in Jewelry, accessories or fashion sales.
- Proven track record in achieving business results.
- Experience supporting overseas clients with an established client base.
- Skill in export duties, documents and lead time will be a plus.
- Excellent command of English. (Communicate internally and with clients)
- Able to support Jewelry trade/ Fair in oversea countries.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good analytical abilities

Job Responsibilities
- Handle export sales duties for the fine jewelry business with clients in countries, i.e. Europe, Asia and the US.
- Coordinate with the Manager to determine an efficient business plan to achieve all annual sales goals.
- Prepare plans to ensure compliance with all sales targets.
- Administer all sales processes to ensure adherence to all sales results.
- Ensure optimal level of all sales services to customers and distributors.
- Prepare all reports for new markets, analyse all competitor activities, and submit identical to the manager.
- Analyze all market coverage, plan all required resources for same, and ensure compliance with all timeframes.
- Evaluate all customer issue s and provide optimal solutions to all resolve same.
- Manage all export sales and ensure compliance with all organization procedures.
- Support trade fair events and promote products in oversea countries.
- Drives towards achieving maximum sales and growth in l ine with company objectives in partnership with other functional leads for the department.
- Oversees all aspects of merchandise and communications with merchant and vendor partners (e.g., presentation, returns, damages)
- Develops understanding of and analyze s internal and external customer behaviors, trends, and preferences, adjusting and designing processes and standards accordingly (e.g., focus programs)
- Oversees scheduling of department activities with sensitivity to the promotional calendar and business need

Ability to commute/relocate:
