Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate with internal and external parties on training and development program / plan.
- Regularly report on the training outcomes and evaluation summary as well as provide feedback and report to superior.
- Update and maintain employee’s training record in system on time and accurately.
- Review training needs, modifies or improves existing programs or develops new training programs to meet those needs.
- Conduct orientations program for new hires and other courses to support the company's goals and develop employees.
- Follow up on training and documents processes of on-the-job training program, skills development program to ensure they are conducted and recorded properly.
- Prepare, Coordinate and submit all documents to Labor Skill Development
- To be an internal instructor and develop a training course.
- Support the Employee engagement activity such as communication program, company’s annual activity, employee’s activity, CSR and special event as assigned by company.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of working experience in training or HRD in the Multi-National Company will be an advantage.
- Experienced in Electronics Manufacturing will be a plus.
- Knowledge of Human Resources Development tools and activity management.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator/ Lightroom and Multimedia editor will be an advantage.
- Creative Thinking, good attitude, strong interpersonal skills, service-minded and a good team player.
