**Job Purpose**:

- Lead the HR Team to ensure people capability and growth that matches business requirements
**Scope**:
The incumbent will be responsible for developing HR plan and manage all HR activities for PepsiCo’s Asia Beverages Business Unit Headquarters and Global Functions colleagues based in Bangkok.

The responsibilities including Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition execution, and manage overall core HR processes, HR analytics & insights, and be advisor on people matters for leadership team and key stakeholders. Also, the role may be asked to participate in organizational design or transformation projects as required.

Role will report to the Sr. Director HR, Asia Business Unit

**Key Accountabilities**:
**Effective Basics**:

- On-time and accurate personnel administration to meet employee needs, PepsiCo requirements and legal compliance in the Business Unit
- Staff, on-board, train and retain high caliber talent; ensure effective talent review and game planning processes are in place
- Provide support to the development of robust people planning process and facilitate high quality execution of core people processes (Performance Management Process, People Planning Process) in the teams this role supports
- Effective communication - employee policies communicated

- Act as trusted people champion ensuring that all team members are treated fairly and respected.
- Facilitates a positive, productive and safe work environment and an exciting and rewarding place to work
- Fosters trust and teamwork within the Business Unit and local team with respect on Diversity and be inclusive for team members
**Change Leadership**:

- Partner with HR COE team and Global team with the implementation and sustainment of the new organization
- Partner with HR COE team and Global team in implementing and sustaining best practices
- Facilitate organizational change and capability building initiatives to support business strategy and identified organization health opportunities
- Change initiatives and continuous improvement
**Strategic HR Management**:

- Driving HR function strategic plan and Operating Plan in the teams that this role supports
- Supports the development of the HQ manpower planning, non managerial staffing, rewards and training & development plans
- Work with Sr. Director HR on key policies and practices.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resources or related fields / MBA is a plus
- At least 10 years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or OD HR experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills
- Cross functional effectiveness ability to sell ideas
- Strong project management and data interpretation/ analysis skills
- Maturity to partner with Senior Leadership Team
- FMCG or CPG experience is a plus
- Experience in HR change projects or organizational design is desirable
- Must be fluent in English
