Job Description:
- Customer Order Management
- Develop order entry, maintenance, customer information, part information, synchronize customer PO, Promise Ship date and Request Ship Date, maintain customer forecasts, RMA’s with customer, schedule and follow up on any change of customer shipment dates
- Obtain customer revenue forecast, drive customer loading and shipment to meet planned revenue
- Responsible for initiating new projects into the Plexus system and managing the process to ensure successful transition on a project from prototype to production stage
- Raise RFQ and Pricing Alignment with customers
- Prepare business review, trend analysis, minutes and other reports related to Program Management
- Preparation and alignment with internal Customer Focus Team and customers on run readiness review
- Lead customer team and communicate for all requirements and translate the requirement from customer to team member for the successful result which meet or exceed customer expectation
- Function as the main point of contact for customer - oral and written correspondence
- Understanding change management process and manages process readiness and assuring engineering changes are implemented and associated costs are reimbursed by the customer
- Managing Plexus Performance to Meet Customers' Expectations
- With Purchasing Product Manager, monitor and minimize excess and obsolete inventory. This includes the write-off of inventory at Plexus expense
- Monitor on-time shipping performance data for customers. Responsible to align with customers on actual performance data after month end closing
- Proactively providing feedback on opportunities for continuous improvement, based on having a solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of work experience in Project Management
- Customer-Relationship Management
- A professional with a solid background in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) will be an advantage
- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Significant analytical skills, results-oriented, and detail-focused
- Assertive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Be able to problem solve, prioritize and have the ability to multitask and continuous improve processes and capabilities
- Excellent communication in Thai and English, interpersonal skills, presentation skills
