**รายละเอียดงาน**
- Develop, update, and monitor all company policies, rules and regulations, and announcements, to comply with local labor law and other applicable laws, corporate policies
- Draft compliance policies and follow through to ensure the implementation of procedures
- Ensure employee relations and related general affairs are well maintained and executed in the right direction
- Lead Labor Relations Strategy to support business strategy
- Initiate and organize associate’s recreational activities
**คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Law or related field
- Minimum 3 years working experiences in the field of legal affairs or compliance
- Deep understanding of Thai labor laws, regulations, and cultural norms, with demonstrated experience navigating complex HR challenges in the local context
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- High responsibility, Reliable, and Accountable
