Customer Administration Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support CAC Sr. Mgr to prepare hot case, OCPB, Court case history and document.
- Support CAC Specialist and CAC Sr.Mgr to prepare customer complaint daily, weekly and monthly report
- Support CAC Specialist to tracking goodwill claim and completed dealer reimbursement
- To coordinate with dealer and MG internal for customer complaint
- To handle for customer walkin complaint at Silom Office
- To completed supplier reimbursement
**Qualifications**:
- Nationality : Thai
- Gender : Male or Female
- Language : Thai and English
- Experience : Customer Service or Administration at least 1 year
- Education background : Any field
- Knowledge :Automotive is advantage
- Skill : Excel, Word, Power point
- People Attributes : Team work, Service Mind, Multitask skills, Positive Thinking
