**Responsibilities**:

- Fully understand needs and pain of Affluent customers at different touchpoint in order to develop effective marketing communication plan and privilege offering to engage them with the right tools, at the right touchpoint and time
- Develop customer relationship model, strategy and execution plan to guard relationship and build strong loyalty
- Design the special privileges with creative idea and storytelling to build the customer's loyalty and engagement together with the pefect E2E customer jouney, target experience, measurement and evaluation
- Always update the trends and competitor movement in order to develop the in-trend privileges and campaigns

**Qualifications**:

- More than 8 years in marketing experience and privilege/loyalty program
- Skills required are: value chain management, strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, execution, detailed-oriented, committed to results, and presentation
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Customer-centric with high degree of service mindset
- Good command of English
- Wealth insight and experience will be advantage
