**About the Department**:
The **Retail **function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.
**Personal Financial Services**
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
**Responsibilities**:
- The Universal Banker Manager is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to grow sales and client base in coordination with the consumer sales team. The overall objective of this role is to grow sales, build customer loyalty and recommend the development of business strategies or initiatives and may include the management of activities by external organizations, and the direct management of individuals and sales teams.**Responsibilities**:
- Carry out supervisory responsibility for a small team of clerical/support employees such as delegating straightforward tasks
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, discipline, performance evaluation, promotion, compensation adjustments and termination
- Train team members, monitor quantity/quality of work, and guide team to increases in sales revenue
- Serve as “go to” team member for questions and issues
**Job Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Sales management or management experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to resolve people issue
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
