- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Prepares short, medium, and long-term forecasts in terms of volume and profit
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Prepare monthly report to summarize the key performances by channel, market analysis, competition benchmarking and counter-measure strategies to the management.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends
- Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
- Establishes a sales training program to train new employees and key strategic partners sales service team
- Designs and implement commission scheme for sales teams
- Designs and improve sales processes

**Requirements and skills**:

- **Proven work experience as a National Sales Manager (preferably in stationery industry)**:
