**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist the general manager in formulating the company's development strategy, responsible for short-term and long-term decision-making and strategy of the sales center, and have a significant impact on the achievement of the company's medium and long-term goals;
2. Gain a deep understanding of the industry, grasp the latest market information and industry development trends, and provide strategic basis for enterprise development;
3. Set annual work goals for the sales center and decompose them, develop corresponding marketing, development, operation, and personnel plans based on the target tasks, and promote and guide the team to implement them;
4. Organize the implementation of brand promotion and development strategies, establish an effective analysis and evaluation system, and ensure the effectiveness of brand building and promotion;
5. develop and maintain good dealer relationships, and carry out effective customer management and communication according to the company's development strategy;
6. Responsible for the daily capacity building and team building of the sales team, establishing and improving various management systems and incentive mechanisms, and promoting the systematic development of the company's sales system management.

**Requirements**:
1. Must-have Condition: related bakery ingredients or frozen dough working experience among artisan/bakery chains/supermarkets/food service/distributors.
2. Diploma degree or above;
4. Possess strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, able to formulate and execute effective marketing strategies;
5. Skilled in team management and leadership, able to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of team members.
6. Fluent communication skills in English and Thai, able to adapt to the cultural and business environment of the Thai market.

**Salary**: ฿500,000.00 - ฿800,000.00 per year
