- LazLive is Lazada's Livestream commerce platform blending entertainment and shopping. LazLive enables sellers and content creators to connect and engage with buyers real-time. Through LazLive, buyers discover products and check out directly in livestreaming. Join us to be part of the next wave of the e-commerce revolution.**Responsibilities**:
- Growing LazLive to be a core sales channel for Lazada sellers and a destination for buyers to discover attractive products and deals
- Develop ecosystem partners including partner development and management
- Design the commercial strategy for livestream and drive seller adoption of livestream programs
- Incubate and grow network of livestream KOLs and KOCs including planning rewards and programs
- Maximize channel performance with assortment operations
- Expand consumer funnel through marketing activation
- Safeguard user experience with content governance, moderation and quality control

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Proficient in Thai, Chinese and English
- Proven success in project and stakeholder management
- Independent and self-driven, record of execution to the last mile

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
- Experience in livestream or other content business
- Experience in a commercial role
- Experience in business development
