- customers.- Understanding the company’s business and customer’s business.
- Business analysis and market potential evaluation/ new market.
- Be knowledgeable and expert in quality problems analysis found both inside and outside the company.
- Be knowledgeable in Personnel management.
- Be knowledgeable in the Quality Policy/Environmental Policy.
- Subordinate development
- Be knowledgeable in Standard management System Policy.
- Presentation
- Be knowledgeable in the safety principles of work.
- Be knowledgeable in ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System,
- GMP standards, HACCP, OHSAS18001, FSSC22000 and Safety standards for work.- Be knowledgeable in the productive activities of the company such as 5S, KAIZEN, TPM etc.
- Be knowledgeable about the company regulations.
- Good command of both spoken and written English. Japanese language (Optional) Customer relationship

management, know and understand company product market as well as related/compliment company
product market.
