Kidyers, a dynamic data-driven creative agency, seeks a Digital Communication Service team lead to manage the multiple team skills from AE, Digital Marketing and in-house production. We are looking for a passionate with a entrepurnial creativity who is keen in helping customer success in has experience in advertising, communication, and developing Mar Tech marketing strategies to effectively communicate a brand's message and value proposition to its target audience using various digital channels and creative strategies. This involves a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and the latest technologies to create compelling and engaging campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. The ultimate goal is to generate measurable results and ROI for the brand and establish a strong online presence in a competitive.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships as primary contact by clear communication and prioritizing client needs for growth and satisfaction.
- Strategic Development: Create and implement digital communication strategies with the Account Executive Team to achieve client goals and increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Integrated Campaign Execution: Coordinate unified digital campaigns, covering media planning, purchasing, and production.
- Analytical Reporting: Analyze campaign success, generate reports, and guide future strategies by working with data analysis teams.
- Content and Design Supervision: Oversee content creation and design to ensure quality materials that align with client branding and campaign objectives.
- Outsourcing Oversight: manages external partnerships and services, ensuring their effectiveness and cost-efficiency. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to contribute to the success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships.
- Guide the design and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns. (Define marketing strategy for the team)
- Facilitate collaboration across various teams to ensure the delivery of integrated services. - Evaluate campaign results and offer actionable recommendations.
- Mentor and develop the Digital Communication team, promoting professional growth and excellence.
- Seize opportunities for business development and growth. (Pitch new projects/customers) - Manage budget distribution to maximize return on investment.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing and team management.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and customer engagement techniques.
- Exceptional skills in communication, analysis, and project management.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account management. - Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, Performance Marketing, social media, KOLs).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
