**Job Description**:
**Talent Management Manage**r is an essential role that is responsible for developing and implementing a performance management system that includes performance evaluations, performance development, career development, and succession planning, as well as a reward and recognition scheme to engage and motivate our Allstars. Apart from PMS, the role will also cover the Talent Management portion which is about strategically identifying, attracting, developing, and retaining highly skilled and valuable Allstars within AirAsia.
- Ensure that all Performance Management System processes are organized effectively throughout the budget year with a proper understanding of leadership and Allstars.
- Assess the needs of a business to develop analysis and insight for further people/leadership solutions identification and development.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, policies, and programs that align with a company’s business goals and support its talent acquisition, retention, and development objectives.
- Proactively identify people development or leadership solutions to manage existing changes or equip our Allstars for future changes.
- Responsible for identifying and anticipating learning needs that support organizational growth and change by consulting with People partners, business leaders, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify trends and diagnose potential organizational development or potential improvement areas.
- Implement the performance management philosophy, framework, and process for the organization and ensure completion of OKR setting, and appraisal exercise on time.
- Create a performance-oriented culture through monitoring ongoing performance/productivity data; ensuring continuous performance discussions, development plans for key talent, and corrective plans for low performers.
- Organize PMS Activities and ensure that all data are kept via the online performance management system on the workday flawlessly.
- Conduct necessary training, workshops, or learning activities to ensure that leadership teams as well as Allstars have a clear understanding of all PMS processes.
- Work collaboratively with a senior leadership team of respective functions as their learning and development partner to identify talents, successors, critical roles, and gaps for further development plans.
- Use performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs per department, team, and individual.
- Design and implement Talent Management framework including identification of talent pool, and effective career path management through
- IDPs and differential reward schemes for critical talents.
- Work with the Leadership solution team to design the training and development strategy, the capability-building model, and suitable learning & development interventions aligned with business objectives.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Management, Human Resources, Education, Lifelong Learning, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field
- 5 - 7 years experience in corporate training, HR development, or leading change initiatives in an organization
- Experience in Human Resource Development or PMS-related training is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a very good command of written and spoken English and Thai
- Proficiency in preparing, interpreting, and making decisions and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative data
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills to effectively communicate information to all levels within the organization
- Ability to work independently, hardworking, and have high responsibilities
- Attentive to details, well-organized, and well cope with multiple assignments
