**KEY SUCCESS FACTORS**
- Strong business acumen for understanding organizational needs and business strategies to develop the talent pipeline and proactive talent mapping.
- Conceptualize and implement recruitment strategies/plans with the team to achieve volume recruitment targets and enhance service delivery.
- Act as a strategic talent acquisition business partner with key stakeholders, providing thought leadership in strategizing talent acquisition and sourcing activities.
- Support, counsel and direct hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interview and selection techniques and training as applicable.
- Develop and monitor the strategy for each of the businesses/locations to ensure optimum resource utilization and performance against agreed SLAs.

**Core job responsibilities**:

- Understand the market insights/competitive trends for UR, Branding, and D&I, and deliver data and insights reports to support APAC strategies.
- Translate data into insights and support measuring the impact of various initiatives.
- Align and Drive Global TA priorities considering local dynamics and needs
- Design recruitment strategies and streamline the hiring process to close vacant positions in time.
- Plan and roll out IJP (Internal Job Postings) to motivate growth for existing employees.
- Ensured streamlining of all backend activities, Workday updates, pre-boarding, documentation, and coordination.
- Design recruitment tools and processes that relate directly to business needs, including selection and assessment tools. Customized sourcing initiatives and talent management best practices.

**Education/Experience Background**
- Graduate with 8-10 years’ Experience, of which 5-7 years’ Experience is at a managerial level.

- Strong networking and headhunting skills.
- Interviewing and talent assessment skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
- Ability to initiate and design a proper sourcing mix for recruitment and thus, reduce cost per hire.
- Analytical Skills:

- Ability to identify key variables, see how they are interrelated, and decide which ones should receive the most attention
- Strong Technical skills and conceptual knowledge.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure their quality and on-time delivery in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Ability to anticipate and adapt to changed business priorities and environment and to drive such changes in partnership with business leaders.
