**Thailand **team as
**a Customer Service Logistic Operator to provide logístical support to Customer Services team to drive revenue growth and profitability.**
**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- You will manage all logístical activities in order support Customer Services incl Customer Care Center, Technical Support, and the field force.
- You will initiate and control customs clearance activities for import and export of spare parts
- You will handle the shipment document administration and Transportation management
- You will interface to external logistic provider and warehouses
- You will handle parts return management to the global CS logistic center
- You will return process control and monitoring
- You have to escalate incorrect return handling according to defined measurements
**Your qualifications and experience**:
- You have bachelor's Degree in Logistic or related fields.
- You have minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics field.
- You can communication capability (Thai and English) both written and verbal.
- You are proficiency in MS office i.e. Excel (intermediate level), Word, PowerPoint.
- You are familiar with SAP usage.
