**Customer Service (Chinese Speaking)**
**Client company**: Our client is a leading of international freight forwarder & logistics in Thailand.
**Job Highlight**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Freight Forwarding or related filed.
- 0-2 years experience, in Logistics, Shipping/ Airline/ Freight Forwarder business is advantage.
- Good command in Chinese language.
**Job description**:
- Manage operation handling for book space / Trucking and Customs clearance for daily shipment that responsible
- Monitor selling rate as per Customer Account.
- Contact with factories for get detail of cargo and request related documents of shipment to complete shipment smoothly with regulation.
- Create Mawb / Hawb and Manifest in AE system include with Send Pre alert to Overseas or upload docs in AE and send final hawb to Shipper.
- Tracking update shipment status to related parties.
- Issue Profit Share Report as per customer account and support to provide documents for billing process including job closing.
- Issue D/N or Domestic invoice to customers
- Support accounting department to follow up payment with customer in case overdue
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Freight Forwarding or related filed.
- 0-2 years experience, in Logistics, Shipping/ Airline/ Freight Forwarder business is advantage.
- Preferably with working experience and knowledge in Global logistics.
- Pleasant personality, Service-orient minded and Self-motivated.
- Proficient in MS-office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
- Computer knowledge with software and hardware is a plus
- Fluent in Chinese language.
