Reserve space, equipment, and services from ship liner, Airline, Custom Clearance and Transport /Logistics or freight forwarder and revert back booking confirmation to customer.
- Coordinate with Document Section for Import & Export document matters.
- Coordinate with Accounting Department for all the financial process and issues.
- Coordinate with Sales for all rate related matters.
- To drive service improvement activities and to ensure customer satisfaction with our products, services and features.
- To drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation in close cooperation with sales and operational to establish strengthen operational relation with customers.
- To provide document and follow up on quotations for existing business in line with the pricing strategy.
- To consistently perform shipment qualification in line with working instruction and ensure full and complete handovers to optimize the customer experience.
- To collaborate with Finance to adjust credit limits based on daily business development and coordinate measures in case of challenges.
- To drive continuous improvement of processes and controls to improve service levels and efficiency.
- To document, analyse and resolve complaints, identify root causes and find sustainable solutions.
- Contact, coordinate and follow up import - export shipment from customers.
- Coordinate and provide information of customers and description of goods to shipping department
- Send confirmation import clearance planning to customer.
- Have good service - minded attitude and be able to work under pressure.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

**Working Conditions**:

- Working hours: 8.30-17.30
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Location: The Green Tower Rama 4

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistic or related field.
- Experience 1-4 years for document import & export for freight forwarding business.
- Have experience in logistics field
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Computer skill (Outlook, Ms Word, Excel)
