Amway Contact Center Supervisor

**Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience**:
- Experience in customer service field, especially from Contact Center function.
- Customer Service Mindset / Act promptly to solve to customers’ issues with high sense of responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and listening skills both Thai and English.
- Able to work under pressure within a limited timeline and specific resources
- Ability to approach problems systematically and effectively
- Leadership and interpersonal skills with self-confidence.
- Team management skill with ability to handle changes.
- Be responsible, devoted to work and able to plan work well.
- Be able to endure the pressures of time, changes, and work hard.
- Be creative and innovative.
- Good computer skills on MS-Office, Call Center System (Telephony, Case Management, etc.) is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skill and carefulness.
**Other Requirements**:
- Thai nationality, Male or female
- Able to work in shift (between 9.00-20.00 >>Shift1: 09.00-18.00 Shift2: 11.00-20.00 and work 5 days/week)
