Key Responsibility.
Encompass the full 360-degree of CRM, and manage interactions with key customers or customer segments.
Explore opportunities to optimize, measure, analyze and incorporate the use of behavioral data for optimizing channel sent and campaign performance to meet revenue, customer KPI, customer engagement and ROI goals.
Analyze the marketing reports and performance of the campaigns, and actively work to improve upon performance and value creation.
Leverage analytics and data science teams for actionable insights, algorithms, test designs and model validation.
Strengthen customer relationship by upselling, cross-selling and personalization.
Ensure all CRM campaigns are in line with business objectives.
Spot ways to improve usage of the CRM through automating basic everyday tasks.
Work cross-functionally with senior digital marketing manager, performance marketing agency, creative team, content and social media manager, graphic designers, web development, and other teams as needed.
Other assignments as deem appropriate.

Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree.
2+ years experience in CRM, technology, marketing, or customer management.
Understanding of marketing and personalization technology. Preferable Experience with CRMs and/or Marketing Automation systems.
Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills and attention to detail along with excellent written and verbal communications skills with an eye for design.
Commercial awareness - having an ability to create campaigns that grab the attention of customers and solve their problems.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and outstanding time management skill.
Technically proficient and knowledgeable of data and data analysis.
