Plan weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing strategies to achieve the target of attracting customers to visit and close sales for projects.

Prepare, plan, and track sales, transfer, marketing, and marketing expenses for each project to present to management.

Analyze customer groups after marketing activities, marketing events, and market situations in real estate to present to management.

Analyze the SWOT of the project to adjust marketing strategies to be consistent with the situation.

Monitor and study competitors or new projects that will compete in the future and adjust strategies to be competitive.

Study new marketing strategies to support sales targets.

Analyze competitor marketing strategies and adjust marketing strategies to compete.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing evaluation reports and present to management.

Ensure smooth operation of marketing work within the project

**Requirements**:

- Age 27-32 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate marketing, both horizontal and vertical projects.
- Creative thinking and good interpersonal skills.
- Efficient communication and negotiation skills.
- Must have own car and be able to travel to work outside the office (Ramintra and Nang Linchi).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Work 5 days a week.
- English fluency is not required

**Benefits**
- Salary Range: 40,000 THB depending on skill and experience
- Work location: base on Yannawa (Ramintra, Bang Na on meeting)
- Working days/hours: 5 Days/weeks
