**About The Role**

**Position: Customer Service Executive (Inbound)**

**Report to: Customer Service Team Leader**

**Responsibilities**:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience as a customer service.
- Providing customers with the organization's service and product information.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
- Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken in related systems.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Having minimum 1 year of telemarketing or customer service experience will be an added advantage.
- Customer service-oriented mindset and likes to help customers.
- Strong selling skills will be an advantage.
- Persistent and results oriented.
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
- Able to work under pressure, positive attitude, can work 6 days a week and result oriented.
- Good multitasking skills.
- Able to work 6 days a week and shift rotation,
