This position will manage the comprehensive “end-to-end” booking and reconciliation of commission and sales incentive for All Channels comply with accounting standard both Local and IFRS (IFRS4) including comply with new accounting GAAP (IFRS17 and TFRS17) also. And will collaborate with related functions to ensure operational alignment process including is expected to lead to monitor, analyze the Commission and CRE with the structures, scheme with the team. And will be comfortable taking initiative to solve problems and help drive greater efficiency and process automation including Set up the policy procedure and put the control to be align with regulatory, tax ruling to efficiency related with commission and commission relate expense process including developing and co-ordinate all relationships with upper or lower stakeholder in business as usual and projects assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting transactions and entries review- Review all Commission and CRE accounting transactions that related with DMS/FSM and manual transaction related by checking account code, amount, transactions analysis with supporting document to complete the month end closing task within timeline without material error both Local and IFRS book (IFRS4) which including new accounting GAAP (IFRS17 and TFRS17)- Detect the error on GL booking transactions for all monthly closing transactions in part of all insurance transactions both Local and IFRS book (IFRS4) which including new accounting GAAP (IFRS17 and TFRS17) then related with DMS/FSM and manual transaction related- Review end to end process of all accounting transactions and put the control, validate to be more efficiency and accurate that related with DMS/FSM and manual transaction related- Analyze the compensation structure, new compensation scheme to comply with Group office instruction, Regulatory, Tax ruling to be efficiency.

Account Reconciliations- Put control in place by reviewing all account reconciliations that need to be prepared both Local and IFRS (IFRS4) including accounting related with new accounting GAAP (IFRS17 and TFRS17)- Analyst the balance, clear long outstanding with accounting both Local and IFRS4 and new accounting GAAP IFRS17 and TFRS17 according to be aligned with Group Finance policy and procedure related with DMS/FSM.-
- Maintain effective and efficient operation to help prevent and detect any error from related functions from DMS/FSM and manual transaction related- Run check ACF go to Toolpack, BSPL reconcile go to Oracle - IFRS1- Reconciliation Toolpack Vs Alterlyx or any new system. (4a,4b) - IFRS17- Run check FAH mapping with DPL mapping to detect the error (1b) - IFRS17

Core company project- Being a representative and implement for any core company project ie. DMS/FSM related with new accounting GAAP (IFRS17 and TFRS17) by provide the requirement of accounting and control related which need to brainstorm on alignment with the other functions, perform UAT as agreed timeline- Train and mentor team members regarding Commission and CRE policy change or new GAAP as appropriate.

Initiative- Analyze current working process and initiate the improvement or any projects to improve working process to be more efficiency and cost saving on DMS/FSM- Update workflow and maintain proper documentation of the Commission and CRE process to be align with Local and IFRS4 accounting GAAP including new accounting GAAP (IFRS17 and TFRS17) with Group office accounting policies and comply with regulatory and tax ruling- Redesign current routine process per year to be more efficiency (faster closing) or more accurate (check points) and cost saving for DMS/FSM and CRE related

Team Management- Manage, coach, lead and motivate team to work efficiency and build engagement team- Self motivation and productive team payer.

Baseline Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or related fields- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience-
- Strong accounting knowledge both Local book and IFRS book including strong in Tax knowledge- Good teamwork and can work under pressure- Strong analytical and problem solving skills-
