**Responsibilities**:
**Marketplace Spending operational**:
- Lead the verification of accruals & set up in TPM, SD-Rebate, WBS and claim settlement by conduct monthly/quarterly review of pending claim/accruals and ensure proper book record
- Ensure smooth and timely completion of activities related to month end closing & reporting
- Ensure D&A (Discount and Allowance) and A&M (Advertising and Marketing) compliance with US & Thai GAAP as well as Marketplace and Revenue recognition policy
**Marketplace Reporting and Analysis**:
- Analyze D&A and A&M accrual / actual spending movement & Fall-in / Fall-out and provide commentary to planning team / reporting team.
- Lead the review & analyze of D&A and A&M actual spending vs last month vs last year with planning team.
- Prepare detail of D&A and A&M information for monthly BSR review.
**System Process & Control**:
- Work closely with Commercial team to improve and support improvements of simplification of S2C (Sales-to-Collection) and A&M (Advertising and Marketing) process.
- Lead the development and implementation of controls over TPM, SD rebate, WBS, and Distributor Management System (DMS).
- Regularly review the D&A and A&M process to ensure effective control is in place in accordance with GCS.
- Support implementation promotions through clear identification of mechanism of claim settlement.
**Trade Spending and Marketing Expense management & Support**:
- Finance contact point/Go to person for Customer and Distributor for claim and others issue relate to D&A by keep management informed of critical issues.
- Drive yearly balance confirmation with all customers to minimize future issues.
- Build team capability and maintain an org structure necessary to support the business.
- Educate Finance and Commercial teams on policies and processes relating to D&A and A&M
Qualifications:
**Qualification**
- Bachelor or Master Degree of Business Administration in Accounting.
- 5-6 years relevant experience.
- Analytical skills
- SAP knowledge & Advanced Microsoft office skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to focus on detail and to work under pressure
- Business partnering mindset to work effectively with cross functions
- Strong communication and people skills, supervisory and leading team, able to influence across function.
