** Your Role**: Your primary objective will be to lead the Contract Logistics business unit within a global + regional matrix organisation to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- To develop new business opportunities, engaging your specialist + operational teams to deliver in accordance with agreed customer service levels and within our financial targets.
- To drive the successful on-boarding of new customers in a dynamic business environment.
- To be responsible for the overall financial management + success of the business unit.
- To drive productivity via engagement activities to create new initiatives focusing on continuous improvement at all times.
- To develop + implement customer retention strategies + activities.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- At least 5-10 years of experience as Head of Department in Contract Logistics.
- Strong network within the industry
- Both operationally and commercially driven, solid people manager
