- YOUR ROLE- Ensure all operational result under responsibility areas in transport operation including KPI, safety, operational cost, and customer service are achieved. Maintain good stakeholder relationship including customers, suppliers, employees, and visitors.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?- To ensure the transport activities are fully achieved on time in all facets of FVL target; contractual KPI, standard of best practice, operational discipline, customer expectation and cost effectiveness.
- Plan resource levels, activity definition, process scope, routing, maintenance and quality for manage the company fleet equipment.
- Ensure all procedures/work instructions are properly documented, understood, and applied by all employees.
- Monitor measure and take remedial action on any transport process deviating from plan and report compliance to delivery schedule.
- Plan, organize and maximize company’s resources to achieve highest efficiency.
- Initiate and conduct continuous improvement scheme for all areas of operations under responsibilities.
- Contribute to development and justification of budget, identify and act upon any opportunities for cost reduction.
- Supervise and monitor all subordinates under supervision to perform tasks and behave according to company’s rules, regulations and disciplinary.
- Develop people to ensure sustainable of company business growth.
- Establish strong business relationship with customer.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, logistics, or sciences.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in transport management in large operational scale.
- Solid understanding and knowledge in logistics system.
- Management theory/ Strategic planning/ Measurement control/ Motivation theory.
- Transport management, transport law, and driving regulation.
- Leadership and delegation skills to operate large operation site.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
- Solid in communication and coordination at all levels.
- Ability to work in team.
- Able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
