YOUR ROLE

Manage facilities associated activities to the assigned sites in Thailand & Emerging Markets and all real estate functions and transactions.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Manage all facility and building related infrastructure, equipment and devices in good order for TH & EM sites / locations.
- Participate in RFQ/RFP for facility related functions or setups, notwithstanding real estate sourcing.
- Ensure all key installations are in accordance with local regulatory requirements and in accordance to CEVA’s HSE directives.
- To manage vendors/contractors and negotiate all direct services cost.
- Responsible for new facility setups and reinstatement.
- Manage all regulatory declaration and affairs.
- Real estate sourcing and management function including contract negotiation.
- To prepare legal documentation along with in house councils.
- To achieve cost savings across real estate portfolio and report back to regional head of real estate.
- To plan and grow the team.
- Other tasks to be assigned.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Relevant Masters’s or Bachelor’s degree in building management/real estate management.
- 5 years of management experience in Real estate or Facility management in logistics infrastructure will be preferred.
- Experience in dealing industrial properties.
- Good network within land bank, building owners within Thailand.
- Well sound of HVAC system, Civil and M&E system.
- Well versed in local regulations and best practices of building/facility and security management in logistics industry.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required with good interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills, writing skills & writing skills.
- Competent in MS Office Applications
