The Key Account Manager is responsible for selling Recruitment services & HR solutions and maintaining and building relationships to expand businesses with current clients/accounts. To be successful, the position will need to proactively sell PRTR's services and solutions, be confident with effective communication, and have a customer-service mindset with a successful track record in managing and resolving issues for clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Driving and expanding new businesses to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Controlling end-to-end sales process from conducting sales calls, presenting service, calculating cost, proposing agreements & closing sales.
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients to expand businesses.
- Supporting clients and resolving issues.
- Collaborating with other departments to run projects meeting client expectations.
- Handling other assignments as per business needs.

**Qualifications**
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience and track record in selling outsourcing services or similar services such as HR, IT, or logistics services and solutions, etc.
- Experience managing at least 80+ companies/accounts at a given time.
- Track record in successfully managing and resolving issues for clients.
- Service mind and enjoy meeting and speaking with people.
- High determination and perseverance with a positive attitude.
- Mature, confident, firm, and able to effectively communicate with senior management level.
- Native Thai speaker with good English communication.
