**Responsibilities**:

- Execute performance management activities and provide feedback on performance improvements opportunities
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Advice and provides HR policy guidance and interpretation for business unit.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Create and implement a robust retention system to attract and retain top talent within the organization.
- Train and educate managers and employees on the effective utilization of the performance evaluation and competency assessment systems.
- Monitor and analyze performance evaluation and competency assessment data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding career development opportunities and succession planning.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.
- Provide counselling to employee, business leader and line manager on HR solutions Related on Human Resource management will be implemented and achieved effective efficiency
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Process to business line and integrate HR practice to meet BU requirement.
- Manages complex and difficult HR Projects deployment with internal and cross-functionally

**Experience requirements**:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on performance management, competencies, and employee retention.
- Strong knowledge of performance evaluation methodologies, competencies frameworks, and retention strategies.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing performance evaluation and competency assessment systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others, driving change and fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to performance management and employee retention.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

**Education requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
