3 Create and implement strategic account plans to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.
4 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, and marketing to align on product launches, promotions, and customer-specific initiatives.
5 Conduct regular business reviews with clients to analyze sales performance, identify opportunities, and address potential issues.
6 Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring competitive pricing, terms, and conditions that align with company objectives.
7 Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and adapt to changing customer needs.
1 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2 Minimum of 1-2 years+ of experience in key account management, preferably in the FCMG sector.
3 Strong understanding of the mass segment and FCMG market dynamics, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
4 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
5 Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and drive decisions at all levels.
6 Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
