**About HR Share Service Manager Role**:
CGP Recruitment Thailand is partnering with a well-established and large size of company to search for a high caliber HR Share Services Manager. They are seeking an accomplished and strategic-minded HR Share Services Manager to lead and oversee their HR operations in a shared services model. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional who can drive efficiency, standardization, and excellence across HR processes, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to their employees. As the HR Share Services Manager, you will report directly to the Head of HR and play a crucial role in optimizing our HR function.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accountable for overseeing aspects of people and organizational performance, including payroll, compensation, benefits, employee services, and HRIS.
- Supervise payroll procedures, manage data entry, and provide assistance in maintaining company facilities operations.
- Support all transactions involving HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure seamless processes. Collaborate with external vendors and government authorities as needed.
- Ensure employees have a clear understanding of policies, responsibilities, benefits, and HR objectives, emphasizing value-added initiatives.
- Ensure the precision of SAP systems across organization management, time management, and personnel management modules.
- Attend to the living conditions of employees within the company and its affiliated companies, both in terms of office services and residential arrangements.
- Provide effective support to functional line management teams.
- Develop a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Administer payroll processes to ensure accurate and efficient handling of personnel salaries.
- Perform additional duties as assigned in a related capacity.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing HR shared services operations in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing and developing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and technology tools.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR shared services with overall business objectives.
