**Job Description**:
**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for coordination, planning and control of IT Service Management framework, ensuring the agreed processes and procedures are implemented and adhered to throughout the operation lifecycle. The role also undertakes a variety of administrative, clerical and managerial tasks in support of procurement and billing as well as wider partnership engagement with various vendors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the delivery of operational business as usual tasks.
- Assist the Change Manager and Team Leads in coordination with various departments and vendors.
- Co-ordinate the timely collation and report on the performance of the IT service as a whole, analysing trends and highlighting areas for improvement.
- Coordinate resource monitoring across the team.
- Develop and maintain the team document library, filing, recording and reporting systems.
- Develop and maintain appropriate configuration management repository.
- Maintain risk and issue logs and change control records.
- Coordinate and process team procurement and expense in conjunction with corporate procurement, accounting and various vendors.

**Qualifications**:
**Job Specification**:

- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in technical support environment.
- Familiar with ITIL and standard/best practices IT service management, operation and processes.
- Courteous and effective when dealing with people, exchanges information in a tactful and diplomatic manner, able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrate success in coordinating and managing several concurrent tasks.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and self-initiative.
- Good command of English.
