**Get to Know our Team**:
Within the Technology Department at Agoda, the Tech Recruitment team has the rewarding responsibility to take ownership in all hiring efforts to fill the roles within the Tech Department. We are simultaneously involved in partnering up with the Tech stakeholders to ensure successful recruitment on recruitment SLA and KPIs. The Tech Recruitment team is motivated through collaboration across multiple Technology departments throughout the company. We are data-driven, putting importance on experimentation on how to get top talent across the globe. **The Opportunity**:
You will collaborate closely with Directors and VPs across the Technology organization to execute projects successfully, focusing on continuous improvement of the recruitment function in Tech. Your primary objective will be to lead your team in achieving set hiring targets for positions across the Technology department, both locally and globally.
Experience in Transformational Projects: Demonstrating a strong background in leading large-scale transformation initiatives within Talent Acquisition is essential.
Leading High-Performing Teams: You must possess substantial experience in guiding and mentoring high-performing teams to foster a culture of excellence and drive results in a dynamic environment.
Root Cause Analysis and Data Proficiency: Strong analytical skills are crucial for conducting thorough root cause analysis, leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions, and optimizing recruitment processes.

**In this role, you'll get to**:
- Lead the team of 5-6 recruiters to fulfill the hiring requirements needed to grow the business while finding new and innovative ways to streamline our processes to hire top world class talent.
- Drive improvements to increase the quality of hires (measured by objective metrics) through data-driven experimentation
- Ensure operational excellence in your team for every step of the recruitment process (new positions intake, JDs, pre-screening, interviews scorecards, offer communication, etc.)
- Leverage and analyze Data and Recruitment Reports to effectively partner with the Team and Business
- Focus on talent mapping and pipelining within different global regions.
- Ensure that Hiring Managers supported by your team develop interviewing skills
- Develop strategies to build talent pipelines and effectively raise the bar adapting to hiring needs
- Manage, coach and build a team of strong Recruiters and enable them to hire game changers for Agoda
- Produce results in an ambiguous and unstructured environment - we don't always have all the information and need to make decisions at speed
- Work independently and autonomously while partnering with Tech Sourcers, Recruitment Coordinators, and the Tech Stakeholders
- Use data in all you do - an excellent storyteller who can inform on market insights to help shape and drive recruitment strategy
- Lead projects to transform the recruitment function. Examples of possible projects are:
- Defining operational excellence in the recruitment process
- Launching hiring strategies in different regions across Southeast Asia.
- Building an upskilling program for Recruiters
- Experimenting with different recruitment processes
**What you'll Need to Succeed**:
- At least 8 years of experience in technical recruitment (In-House) and a minimum of 4 years of team management experience in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.
